Custom Order Terms of Service

Thank you for using the iuufu App Customized Art Derivative Product Service. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our custom order services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Introduction and Definitions

“We,” “our,” or “iuufu” refers to the iuufu platform and its legal operator.
“User,” “you,” or “customer” refers to any individual or entity using the customized product services.
“Custom order” means any made-to-order product created based on user-submitted content, preferences, or design approvals.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, iuufu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to ordering customized products.

You may not use our service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Submit or use copyrighted, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content
Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Use bots, crawlers, or other automated systems
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform or data
Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users or staff

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

5. Order Confirmation and Payment

Order Processing

Orders must be paid within 30 minutes of submission; otherwise, they will be automatically cancelled.
Production begins only after the payment is confirmed by the user. Once approved, the design is final and cannot be changed.

WeChat Pay
Alipay
Apple Pay (iOS only)

By completing payment, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms.

6. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes

All prices are listed in the applicable local currency. Taxes, shipping, and additional service fees (if any) will be disclosed prior to final checkout. You are responsible for any local duties or customs fees applicable in your jurisdiction.

7. Non-Cancellation & Non-Refund Policy for Custom Orders

Customized products are created uniquely for each customer and cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations or refund requests once the order enters production.

8. Definition of Defects and After-Sales Procedure

Defective Products

We define a product as defective if it has:

Significant printing misalignment or color deviation (>15% from proof)
Material inconsistency (e.g., stated cotton, delivered synthetic)
Functional issues (e.g., wrong phone case model)

Reporting a Defect

Report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the product via in-app support. You must provide:

An unboxing video (unopened package visible)
High-resolution defect photos with the order number
Side-by-side comparison with the confirmed design proof

Resolution

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

Free re-production (with return of the defective product)
Partial refund (based on the level of defect)
Full refund (only if reproduction is not possible)

9. Delivery and Shipping Policy

Production typically takes 5–7 business days after design approval. Shipping time varies by destination. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch. Delays caused by holidays or force majeure will be communicated via the app.

10. Acceptance and Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package is damaged, you may refuse receipt and contact support.
Once accepted, the product is deemed externally satisfactory. Non-defect-related complaints are not eligible for return or refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs and artworks produced or displayed on iuufu are the intellectual property of the original artists and the platform.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any part of the product or design without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect information submitted by users (e.g., wrong model, size).
We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

13. Termination and Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iuufu and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where iuufu is legally registered (China).
Any disputes shall be submitted to a competent court in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.

Note: These Terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of any material changes at least 7 days in advance. The iuufu platform reserves the final right of interpretation.
