We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality customized products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Non-Refundable Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns for non-defective custom-made items once an order has been confirmed and paid.

Important: By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this no-refund condition for customized goods.


2. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Products

We accept refund requests only under the following circumstances:

  • Significant print misalignment or defects
  • Material mismatch (e.g., product is not as described in fabric or function)
  • Product is damaged, broken, or unusable upon arrival
  • Item differs substantially from the approved design file (e.g., >15% color deviation)

If you experience any of the above issues, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, following the after-sales procedure outlined below.


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Submit a ticket through the in-app customer service portal (“My – Help Center”) or email us at hengyouxin@iuufu.com.
  2. Provide the following documentation:
    • Unboxing video showing the item in its original packaging
    • Clear photos of the defective part(s) and visible order number
    • Screenshot of the approved design file (if applicable)

We will respond within 24 hours to verify the issue.


4. Refund Processing Options

Once your claim is validated, we may offer:

  • Full refund – if the product cannot be remade or corrected
  • Partial refund – depending on the extent of the issue
  • Free reprint and reshipment – if applicable (return of the defective item may be required)

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.


5. Refund Limitations

We do not provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the product
  • You provided incorrect design files, specifications, or shipping information
  • Slight variations in color or positioning due to printing limitations (within acceptable tolerance)
