Cancellation Policy

Our customized products are made-to-order and go into production shortly after design confirmation and payment. Therefore, cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions.
1. Orders Without Confirmed Designs
You may request to cancel your order before the design has been confirmed payment and approved for production. To do so, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order via in-app customer service or email at hengyouxin@iuufu.com.
✅ If the design has not been confirmed payment or production has not started, the order may be canceled and fully refunded.
2. Orders with Confirmed Designs
Once the design has been confirmed by the customer and the order enters the production phase, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.
❌ Cancellations are not accepted after design approval due to the customized nature of the product.
3. Subscription or Pre-order Cancellation
If you have subscribed to a service or pre-ordered a future launch item:
- You may cancel at any time before the official fulfillment process begins.
- To cancel, please submit a request via email or customer support and reference your subscription or pre-order ID.
For prepaid subscriptions, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Force Majeure and System Errors
We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Pricing errors or inventory issues
- Fraud detection or payment issues
- Force majeure events that prevent us from fulfilling the order
In such cases, customers will receive full refunds, and we will notify you promptly.
